Crisis Services Manager of Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our organization as the Manager of Operations for Crisis Services. This role is pivotal in overseeing the overall performance and operations of our crisis intervention and support services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to promoting mental health and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or Registered Nurse preferred. Will consider Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years managing a portion of a healthcare entity or business.
• Valid Driver's License and be insurable under current agency requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall performance of assigned Crisis Services.
• Responsible for overall operations of assigned Crisis Services.
• Be available for on-call duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and complying with HIPAA regulations.
• Attend departmental meetings, supervision and other required trainings.
