Overnight and Evening shifts available for Crisis Counselor and Crisis Line Specialist

Requirements

Candidates for consideration require either a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. Must have current driving license and vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provides mental health and crisis intervention supports to individuals
• Works collaboratively and engages individual to manage and de-escalate crises in the least invasive manner possible to ensure safety.
• Collaboratively develops and assists in implementation of crisis safety plans.
• Provides mental health referrals and linkages as appropriate during service provision.
• Offers and provides follow-up services to utilizers presenting with crises.
• Completion of required documentation within established timeframes
• Use of an Electronic Client Record, call management software, and chat/text management software.
