Helping Hands of South Florida Home Care is a non-skilled home health care agency servicing all of Palm Beach County, Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St, Lucy Counties. We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Care Coordinator Supervisor to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our Care Coordinator, clients and field Staff employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Essential Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and answering questions about our company and services.
- Manage incoming calls from Aides and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assisting management with administrative tasks when needed. This may include data entry, filing, answering phones, etc.
- Hiring and interviewing new hires.
- Verifying HHA and CNA certifications.
- Transcribe professional notes for reference and record them in Client profiles.
- Assist with filing when needed.
- Keep up-to-date with new laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, procedures, and tools related to the industry.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Previous experience in an office environment preferred. Bilingual required.
