LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction industry client to hire a Credit Assistant for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity based in Roseville, California. In this role, you will provide critical services to the larger finance team. You will perform your duties on-site at the client’s headquarters outside Sacramento.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares credit analysis of all new customer applications including trade reference verification.
· Pulls all credit reports as required based on information provided by the customer.
· Prepares lien releases as required and requested by customers.
· Creates and maintains customer credit and correspondence files.
· Reviews Master Data request forms and approves per established guidelines.
· Prepare reports as directed by the Credit Manager.
· Responds to all incoming trade reference requests.
· Answers, handles, or routes incoming phone calls to the credit office.
· Prepares legal pulls as required.
· Creates and maintains customer credit and correspondence files.
· Files, faxes and copies documents as required.
· Field Support
· Provides credit releases and/or credit exception number to branch personnel.
DESIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND
· Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
· Must have highly developed data entry skills
· Knowledge of construction accounting a big plus
· Intermediate Excel knowledge required (either academic or practical)

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
