SalaryWe are looking for a Credentialing Specialist to help onboard new franchisees. You will mostly work virtually, but one week per month will do in-person training at our corporate headquarters in Houston, TX.
JOB DUTIES
- Help franchisees obtain a NPI number
- Review CAQH profiles for errors
- Assist franchisees complete provider enrollment applications
- Assist franchisees to document their progress and application status
- Track fee schedules across multiple states and payors
- Assist franchisees in enrolling for ERAs through the clearinghouse
- Assist franchisees in enrolling in EFT/ACH payments
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years credentialing experience preferred
