Full-Time - between 8am-6:30pm PST
We are actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our client, a leader in supporting U.S. hospitals with international nurse staffing!
In this role, you will take the lead on credentialing traveling nurses from countries all over the world so that they can begin working in hospitals nationwide. Your proactive attitude, strong communication skills, positivity, and medical credentialing experience will be vital as you facilitate the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the onboarding process for international traveling nurses, proactively contacting them to provide support with compliance documents.
- Coordinate medical and certification appointments.
- Maintain accurate and timely administrative compliance entries and healthcare professional database.
- Foster a positive relationship with hospital systems, understanding each client’s unique requirements.
- Attend case conferences to gain understanding of client issues.
Key Qualifications & Attributes
- 1+ years experience with specifically traveling nurse credentialing
- Experience in HR recruitment or staffing of temporary placements strongly desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Basic Excel
- Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
- Ability to work independently as a member of the credentialing team
- Must reside in CA, FL, MN, AZ, or TX
