Creative Operations Manager
WHAT YOU'LL DO
PEOPLE | As a people centric agency, we are only as good as the people we hire. As the Creative Operations Manager it is your job to partner with the creative leadership team to employ a tracking system that showcases the real time progress of each individual on the creative team. In tandem, you are working with individuals constantly to identify areas where creative support is needed, evaluating the blockers, and acting on the implementation of supportive resources. In addition to that, you have your finger on the pulse of outsourced talent by tracking utilization rate, getting first hand accounts of their work ethic & skill and paying close attention to cost. While you are forward looking and evaluating the impact outsourced talent will have, you work closely with the Sr. Director of Operations to approve costs before moving forward. You don't let roadblocks slow you down. You find creative solutions to problems and you act quickly. As the Creative Ops Manager you are responsible for curating, managing, and nurturing our outside resources relative to the creative system to positively impact
PROCESS | As the Creative Operations Manager you will hone in on the most efficient processes and ensure buy- in and cooperation from the creative department. You will build training documentation and tracking to standardize all processes throughout the creative department including; client onboarding, new employee onboarding, creative briefs, client approvals, creative reporting, transitions, etc. We know that agency life moves quickly. Each day can present changes to our ecosystem which means you must have a proper system set up to ensure maintenance of all the processes you create. Your ownership over these processes will be vital to ensure the most efficient workflow of the creative department.
TECHNOLOGY | As technology advances it is important that we continue to advance alongside it. As the Creative Operations Manager, you will work alongside our data, automation and AI partners. You will use technology to support and streamline processes, use it to automate tasks, centralize communication, and organize work. You will establish proposals to introduce new technology, test, train and oversee the execution of it.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in Your Day to Day Looks Like
  • You will work closely with the creative department to understand and align on department initiatives and priorities
  • You will have your finger on the pulse for potential flight risks or movements within the department that may be cause for additional support
  • You will source outside talent to support when needed
  • You will design and implement standard departmental process (ie: client onboarding, briefing, client approvals, creative reporting, etc)
  • You will maintain and track accuracy of active processes
  • You will ensure real time tracking against all client contract obligations
  • You will traffic control design execution requests to our outsourced designers and track capacity
  • You will track design revisions and cost/ ad
  • You will ensure go live dates are not missed due to design production
  • You will work closely with the creative leadership team to understand capacity of each creative and assign new clients
  • You will ensure data accuracy on the creative roster tab in the operations dashboard

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
SALARY RANGE
  • $80,000 - $90,000 base salary, annually
  • Bonus Structure | 10 % of base salary
