Creative Marketing Manager

Description

Overview: The CGFNS Creative Marketing Manager will serve as the lead graphic designer and brand portfolio manager for the organization’s branded properties, assets, and collateral. The person in this role will also oversee brand compliance and creative strategy for the organization’s evolving brand, including supporting the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer with the execution of the company’s potential renaming and rebranding initiative in 2024. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skillset and background in graphic design, extensive experience, and a demonstrable portfolio of creative deliverables in a B2B environment, preferably in healthcare. In addition, the candidate should have an exceptional eye for design, experience designing within a brand consistency framework (not gig work), strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder coordination for content outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time, exempt.

Location: This is a remote work assignment but will require travel to the Philadelphia office for quarterly meetings.

Requirements

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CMO to refine and clarify the organizational brand and cascade those decisions across all deliverables.
  • Create, own, and maintain all brand assets, templates, and guidelines.
  • Apply brand guidelines to all creative projects and oversee the compliance review of all created and submitted works.
  • Drive an imaginative and technically sound creative vision for all designed elements and projects to support compelling storytelling for all target audiences.
  • Own and maintain the organization’s brand kit in Canva, manage the CGFNS DAM, and own the iterative creation and review process with stakeholders in Review Studio.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 7+ years in a graphic design role for B2B organizations, preferably at the enterprise level.
  • A minimum of 3 years in brand management

and compliance role.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (non-negotiable).
  • Strong leadership, team management skills, and willingness to mentor a growing team.
  • A demonstrable portfolio of past design projects across a broad range of business collateral types (campaigns, white papers, webpages, etc.).
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience with our stack below is ideal but not required (will train):

  • Review Studio

Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in graphic design.
