SalaryJOB PURPOSE:
Provides security services for designated customers of the bank to include deposit pickup, change order deliveries, and miscellaneous document delivery. Delivers securities and other valuable items to destinations inside and outside bank.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include transporting interoffice deliveries, providing unarmed or armed security services between branches and maintain service vehicle as prescribed my management. Maintains records and information on postal regulations as they affect the financial institution's mailings and postage equipment. Oversees general mail room operations, including sorting of incoming mail and delivery of mail to the appropriate departments. Processes outgoing mail; goes to the post office, if necessary, to retrieve and send out mail. Ensures proper operation of mailing machinery. Prepares special shipments and deliveries as necessary. Order supplies for all branches. Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A professional and technical knowledge of security procedures and policies and good interpersonal communication skills preferred. Good sorting and organizational skills, including ability to follow directions accurately and handle tasks requiring substantial repetition.
Heavy lifting of coins and/or other items to be transported is required as needed. Valid Florida Driver's license and safe driving skills.
