The Sand Pavilion and Sun Deck at Siesta Key Beach are now hiring both full-time and part-time positions. In addition to working at the #1 beach in the country, our locations close before sunset allowing flexibility in scheduling. We are hiring for all restaurant positions with a focus on:

Our Siesta Beach locations are a part of the larger Venice Pier Group family of restaurants which includes Sharky's on the Pier, Fins and Snook Haven. We are a company with over 400 employees serving Sarasota County since 1987.

Candidate Profile:

• Full service or fast casual experience welcome
• Previous restaurant or concession experience required
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
• Weekend availability, but no late nights!

About Siesta Beach Eats and Venice Pier Group:

Sand Pavilion will serve made-to-order, high-quality menu items and soft-serve ice cream for guests of all ages. It also houses an expansive retail program, which will provide visitors with everything they need for a trip to America’s No. 1 beach.

Venice Pier Group’s love for the Sarasota community, commitment to protecting natural resources and emphasis on providing the highest quality food, beverages and service make it the ideal company to acquire Siesta Beach Concessions. VPG is highly involved in the Sarasota community through involvement in and extensive support of local non-profits, in addition to membership with Visit Sarasota County, the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce and the Sarasota-Manatee Originals, among others. And, already an active advocate of the Skip the Straw Suncoast campaign to distribute eco-friendly straws in restaurants, VPG plans to use 100% plant-based packaging in its Siesta Beach operations.
