Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a full-time Parts Counter Salesperson. We are considering candidates with the following qualities:

• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to adapt to different people, situations and changing priorities with grace and flexibility as well as demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency
• Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Parts sales background is preferred.
• Ability to sell parts, maintain, and build customer relationships
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
• CDK Automotive DMS experience is preferred.
• Must have a Positive Attitude, Good Work Ethic and be a Team Player

Responsibilities:

• Answer Phones
• Look Up Parts
• Take Orders
• Invoice and Sell Parts
• Pull Orders for Customers
• Follow up with Customers
• Operate a forklift
• Provide exceptional service and a willingness to go above and beyond expectations.

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission (DOE)
