Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Couch Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a Couch Cleaning Professional, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our inventory is clean, presentable, and ready for sale.
No prior experience is required. Training will be provided!
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming and professionally cleaning couches and sectionals (professional cleaning unit provided at job site. Training will be provided)
- Making minor repairs to couches, such as sewing up small tears, to ensure they are in excellent condition for sale. (Training will be provided)
- Occasionally lifting couches to rearrange the store layout or assist customers with loading.
- Cleaning the store premises to maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
- Greeting customers and providing friendly assistance, answering questions, and offering information about our products.
- Searching for used couches to buy through online platforms such as Craigslist, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplaces, and other relevant platforms.
- Periodically collecting payments for sales, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a secure transaction process.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Physical ability to lift and move furniture as required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for online market research and communication purposes.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, cleaning, or furniture repair roles is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
