Put your commercial cleaning experience to work with a private employer who values its employees. We are looking for two dependable Office Cleaners to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for our team. Our main facility is located in the Fountain City area of Knoxville and we have an office building near Papermill and Northshore.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• A positive, cooperative attitude, and open to constructive criticism and coaching.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record; you will need to travel between our buildings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures. Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• Wipe down and sanitize common surfaces, such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and countertops.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors, carpets, and floor coverings through regular cleaning and occasional spot treatments.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
