Corporate Information Analyst:

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for accurate and timely analysis, summary and reporting of business data from internal and external sources. Translate corporate and market data into information, and information into intelligence for the benefit of the management team and the sales force to meet corporate objectives. As the key administrator of TDK's BAP (Business Administration and Planning) System for Americas (TCA/TEI/TEB), this position requires frequent communication with the territorial marketing and sales management teams, also with TDK-J and other global territories to help improve the system for ease of use, accuracy, and higher level of utility.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Perform Data Analysis. (Measurement: On time and accurate analysis, summary and reports.) - 30%

Retrieve and analyze Onshore (Domestic) and Offshore (International) Sales and related data using Tableau, excel, Salesforce, and TDK internal business intelligence tools. (Measurement: On time and accurate updates and concise executive summaries as required.) 20%

Administration of MOPS/CRM Systems, Internal SharePoint/Teams resources (Measurement: On time updates and production of meaningful analysis and summaries as required each month and especially before, during and immediately after MOPS/CRM meetings.) - 20%

Administer NPDR System. (Measurement: Collect, analyze and summarize and report information for management decisions and actions.) - 10%

Support Onshore (Domestic) and Offshore (International) Sales commission maintenance. - 20%

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.: Required

Experience:

Prefer 2 to 3 years in related responsibilities.

Computer Skills:

Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). Salesforce Administration, Tableau.
