The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
Analyze Time and Attendance data for weekly, bi-weekly & semi-monthly payrolls
Prepare Time and Attendance files weekly
Work with employees and management
Support internal and external audits
Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley testing and documentation
Complete other analysis and tasks as required
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years related experience
Knowledge of Time & Attendance Systems highly desired
Creative problem solver with strong analytical, decision-making and interpersonal skills with the ability to craft solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideas
Advanced Excel user with knowledge of Microsoft Office Access
Quantitative analytical skills including ability to review and analyze Payroll reports
Self-starter who takes initiative, support strategic priorities, take ownership of assigned projects/initiatives, contribute to results and be committed to meeting tight deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively on projects with other functional departments and has exceptional organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced written and verbal communication skills and have the ability communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization including remote Business Unit staff and senior members of the management team
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced/deadline oriented environment
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Proven effective utilization of Six-Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) and a history of driving process improvements and effecting change
Capable of managing disputes and resolving issues independently with minimum supervision
Required Education and Experience
This position typically requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Location:
This is a Hybrid position and working from home 40-60% of the time is encouraged and will be discussed further in the interview process

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
