Highgate Corporate Offices Irving, TX


The Corporate Human Resources Manager will be a key contribution to Highgate’s overall HR strategies and Talent Acquisition initiatives across two corporate offices and over 340 Hotels. This position will report directly to the Corporate Director of HR.

 


  • Manage onboarding process for all corporate new hires: including IT MAC tickets, Payroll/HRIS entry and office/cubicle set up.
  • Create and distribute corporate new hire announcements.
  • Manage access and track completion of HR required DEI trainings in LMS system. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for meaningful analysis.
  • Prepare welcome bags for in office corporate new hires and remote hires and ensure culture items are replenished and stocked as needed.
  • Create new hire files, audit and maintain file cabinets up to date by purging yearly terminations.
  • Assist with enhancements, maintenance, and training of the company’s recruiting technology systems iCIMS, SkillSurvey and Applicant Insights.
  • Monitor and manage the HR and Applicant inboxes, prioritize incoming emails respond promptly to both internal staff and external applicants.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires during property transitions.
  • Maintain and distribute monthly HR Organizational Chart.
  • Assist in monthly HR call presentation creation and execution.
  • Responsible for providing access and administration of all systems for HR new hires, transfers, and terminations to include iCIMS, Talent Keepers, Advanced Online, SkillSurvey, Beazley Sure, Applicant Insight, HR Distribution emails, and access for HH HR Teams.
  • Track and process forms for timely and accurate LOA management.
  • Assist with Corporate off boarding; timely processing of MAC ticket and PAF for payroll.
  • Quarterly audit of HR systems to ensure accuracy with users and property transitions.
  • Process monthly HR invoices with Accounts Payable.
  • Partner with SVP & CHRD on Corp. HR initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in corporate event planning and execution.
  • Create and maintenance of Corporate Associates New Hire and Term files.
  • Oversee HR, Corporate Offices and Remote Distribution Emails.
  • Assist as backup in conducting Corporate New Hire Orientation.

 


  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • 3-5 years Human Resources Management experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Hospitality is a plus
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage many competing projects at one time
  • Employment Law knowledge a plus
  • Must possess exceptional recruiting skills to identify passive candidates through various internet sources (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Hcareers, etc.)
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
  • Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Applicant Tracking System Knowledge (iCIMS) a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up
  • Ability to take the initiative, self starter
  • ADP EV5 HRIS Knowledge a plus
