Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3+ years of HR experience, focus on investigations and recruiting
- Understanding of HR laws & best practices
- Experience implementing new policies and procedures
- MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and Payroll experience
- Proactive, polished, and professional attributes with a desire to grow your career
