Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a qualified individual to manage janitorial services in an assigned territory within Muskegon. This is a full-time Monday through Friday evening position. Perks: no holidays (YAY!), benefits & PTO, opportunity for growth and advancement at 90 days based on performance review Shift: Must have availability to work between 5:00PM and 1:00AM, Monday-Friday.
Occasional weekend support may be required Pay: $22/hr Position Purpose: To oversee the cleaning and floorcare staff at multiple locations, ensure all job tasks are complete, efffectively communicate with customers staff and superiors, complete routine inspections, verify that facilities are secure at the end of the night Major Job Functions: . Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed. Training, cross-training and retraining employees.
Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently Set agenda for the week on any special projects or focus areas Respond to customer complaints and requests Perform inspections and do follow up inspections. Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours. Working side by side with cleaners and team leaders when necessary Managing team leaders, cleaners, and floor technicians in all aspects of the company's requirements and policies Communicating all staffing changes and needs with Human Resources Communicating all matters to the Director of Operations Confirming all facilities are secured Responsible for leading performance reviews, constructive feedback This is a great fit for previous work experience in: Hotel Management Property Management Janitorial/Custodian Restaurant Managment Corporate Cleaning Group is a fast-paced, growing business looking for the right people to join its Team.
