Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a qualified individual to manage multiple locations. Must be willing to travel to facilities in Zeeland and Grand Rapids. This is a full-time Monday through Friday evening position.
Perks: no holidays (YAY!), benefits & PTO, opportunity for growth and advancement at 90 days based on performance review
Shift: Must have availability to work between 5:00PM and 1:00AM, Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend support may be required
Pay:$22/hr
Position Purpose:
To oversee the cleaning and floorcare staff at multiple locations, ensure all job tasks are complete, efffectively communicate with customers staff and superiors, complete routine inspections, verify that facilities are secure at the end of the night
Major Job Functions:.

• Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
• Training, cross-training and retraining employees.
• Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently
• Set agenda for the week on any special projects or focus areas
• Respond to customer complaints and requests
• Perform inspections and do follow up inspections.
• Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours.
• Working side by side with cleaners and team leaders when necessary
• Managing team leaders, cleaners, and floor technicians in all aspects of the company's requirements and policies
• Communicating all staffing changes and needs with Human Resources
• Communicating all matters to the Director of Operations
• Confirming all facilities are secured
• Responsible for leading performance reviews, constructive feedback

Position Requirements
Leadership experience required
Custodial experience preferred
Superior attendance and reliable transportation
Customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organize effectively
Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
Must have own reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple facilities during the same shift
