The intern will assist the Corporate Events team on all logistical and administration aspects of events. The events organized / attended by the company can include but not limited to NVIDIA's GTC Developer conference, tradeshows, product launches, press tours, trainings, internal meetings, etc.
The role includes aiding the Corporate Events team with documentation and organization of event related planning documents, processes and templates, assisting event managers with event planning tactics such as vendor outreach, requesting quotes, processing purchase reqs, updating budgets and other items at the event manager's discretion, updating company-wide event calendar(s), tracking and management of event marketing materials, coordinating shipments to and from events and tradeshows as well as attending planning meetings, taking notes and distributing actions.
What you'll be doing:
- Request and review quotes from events suppliers / vendors.
- Assist with all logistical elements; shipping, badging / registration, event set-up, tear down, and organization of inventory post-event.
- Raise purchase requests, retrieve PO's, track in budget spreadsheet, process invoices.
- Attend planning meetings, take notes and distribute actions.
- Maintain and update the NVIDIA events sharepoint and calendars.
What we need to see:
- Pursuing your bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar.
- Experience with Event Planning or Coordinating.
- Process driven.
- Solid understanding of MS Office and Google.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Strong organizational skills and are capable of handling multiple projects at a time.

The hourly rate for our interns is 19 USD - 93 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
