Position Overview: As Corporate Event Staff, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events in Kihei and Wailea. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event setup, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event. This position offers the opportunity to work in stunning venues, collaborate with industry professionals, and contribute to the success of diverse Corporate Events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture and decor
• Welcome guests and provide assistance with registration and check-in
• Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Monitor guest flow and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with event organizers and staff to deliver exceptional service
• Assist with audiovisual setup, including microphones and projectors
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company with integrity
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in events or hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations in Kihei and Wailea
