This role will contribute to our growing in-house legal team and work on complex issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Senior Corporate & Securities Counsel. TheCorporate Counsel will provide legal advice and counsel to operating teams throughout the organization on a broad range of topics, including commercial finance, corporate governance, entity management, securities law compliance and tax in a sophisticatedcorporate environment.

• Advises and collaborates with key leaders to execute on commercial finance transactions and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Works closely with the Senior Corporate & Securities Counsel to oversee entity management, structuring and compliance across the organization.
• Provides legal support on corporate governance, securities law and tax matters.
• Conducts legal research and analysis to provide recommendations and guidance for management teams and other internal clients.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, consulting, drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to make well-reasoned legal and business judgments and clearly explain complex ideas.
• Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.
• Assists with special projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Effectively manages outside counsel, as needed

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

• Licensed attorney holding a J.D. with three (3)+ years of relatedexperience.
• High-level analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage a variety of projects simultaneously, meet aggressive deadlines and successfully handle urgent situations with patience and diplomacy
• An agile and flexible thinker, with the ability to learn emerging areas of the law and the business quickly
• Ability to function independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to build credibility quickly and provide strong legal support for a complex and challenging business, while positively and successfully managing relationships within a diverse group of stakeholders
• A commitment to personal and professional growth, and receptivity to feedback
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Legal Research Tools (i.e. LexisNexis)
• Matter Management/eBilling Software

Education/Experience

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
