ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to directly support our Executive Leadership team with internal and external communications on behalf of the team.  You will be tasked with creating a communication strategy that will deliver clear and concise content to a diverse employee population as well as external stakeholders, that will reinforce ASC’s employer brand and connect both to broader company initiatives.  Our ideal candidate will have strong communications skills, executive presence, high emotional intelligence, a broad understanding of communications strategies, and a strong desire to have a long-term corporate impact within a rapidly growing organization.

What will you do?

• Establish a close working relationship with the Executive Leadership team and develop a deep understanding their voice to effectively incorporate it into corporate messaging.
• Build productive, trusting relationships with the Executive Leadership team to provide thoughtful, strategic communications counsel and support to team leaders.
• Support the delivery of all Corporate Communications activities, including communication plans, communications content, and adoption efforts for large-scale company projects and initiatives.
• Lead the development and execution of internal or external communications activities including high-quality written, web, video, and audio collateral (e.g., presentations, messaging, talking points, Q&A, podcasts, video scripts).
• Assist with highly visible ASC events (e.g., Senior Leadership Team meetings, external board meetings, employee meetings).

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
