- Provide legal support for a portfolio of agreements, primarily for NBCUniversal's Sourcing, Facilities and Operations & Technology groups
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of technology agreements for NBCUniversal and its various business units, including software service and licensing agreements, as well as professional services
- Manage a high volume of SOWs, orders, renewals, and amendments for various contracts
- Advise clients regarding contractual rights and duties, matters of contract interpretation, and pre-litigation dispute resolution
- Coordinate with Privacy, Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure personal data and confidential information is collected, used and secured in accordance with company requirements and evolving law
Basic Requirements
- Law degree and member of a state bar in good standing
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience at law firm or comparable in-house position
Desired Characteristics
- Prior experience regarding technology, data security or intellectual property issues is a plus
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritize a high volume of deals and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment, as a good-natured and enthusiastic team player
- Eagerness and proven ability to adapt and develop new expertise, as business needs and technologies evolve
- Capable, comfortable with, and commitment to providing timely and practical guidance to business team members at all levels

- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
