Position Summary: Assists the Business Development Team in Identifying and developing new, high potential accounts by analyzing sales opportunity of all product lines, initiating & developing relationships, and closing business.
Individual Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiates sales process by qualifying potential, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, building relationships and understanding account requirements.
Work directly with our business development team to aid in their sales process
Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers related to accounts to maximize sales opportunities and close ratios, i.e. architects, designers, consultants, end-users.
Utilize effective, regular and positive communication with territory personnel including Outside Reps, Divisional Inside Reps, and Managers.
Develop and maintain a list of Key Accounts, and a list of projects that are being worked.
Effectively present Inpro presentations.
Act as an industry resource for technical assistance and support, including product recommendations, specifications, etc.
Identify and analyze competition, both regionally and nationally. Know your target market, the specific needs of each Key Account, and the strengths and weaknesses of all players involved to maximize close ratios and company profitability.
Maintain efficient sales office procedures for productive use of time and insure the maintenance of accurate and updated account files and follow-up procedures.
Utilize and maintain all sales data systems, such as customer notes, estimating portal, SCORE reports, and all available Construction Reporting Services.
Effective and timely follow-up of leads and opportunities to maximize close ratio.
Focus on high potential Key Account type customers that have little or no history with Inpro in the past few years.
Educate customers on the benefits of choosing InPro with ease and confidence both on the phone, e-mail and face to face.
Advance planning to ensure samples are available for meetings and presentations. Appointments should be firm.

Pre-requisites:
College degree desired. Successful sales experience can enhance this.
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
Flawlessly present InPro presentations
A track record of successful team work.
Self starter who is capable of taking initiative, working independently, as well as an effective and valued team member.
Must possess excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent listening, probing, and closing skills.
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, appointments, and complete projects on schedule.
Must demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills.
Must be competent in computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, data bases, electronic mail).
Ability to adapt quickly and positively in response to demands of company growth and development.
