Objective: Responsible for providing end-user support services on various Core Banking and related applications and responding to technical requests of a complex nature. Works on implementing the Bank’s Core Banking Applications and performs application administration. This position will work closely with the Operations Manager, Branch Administrator, Compliance, IT and the Project Manager to analyze systems as they relate to our core to create efficiency using technology.
Classification: This is a Full-Time Exempt position and reports to the COO.

- Keeps personnel informed of core updates/changes and works with appropriate departments to adjust procedures affecting the office and/or their jobs; creates an atmosphere in which upward communication from employees is encouraged.
- Recommends any spec changes with any core updates and with any changes to any functional areas of the Bank.
- Responsible for building new products within the core system
- Communicates with the COO, Operations Manager, Branch Administrator, Compliance Officer, other office managers, and appropriate personnel to integrate goals and activities; attends required meetings as assigned.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering, systems analysis, develop use cases, functional data mapping, testing, system flows, workflow charts and diagrams.
- Partner and collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver solutions to meet business need with quality and within a defined timeline
- With minimal supervision, identify, interpret, and define business needs and features; translate them into requirements; and lead the process to visualize, document, and communicate functional solutions.
- Keep track and prioritize tasks that can create efficiencies throughout all business lines.
- Monitor technical piece of projects by tracking activity; resolve problems and recommending actions while collaborating with business partners
- Setting up of electronic workflows with software working with all departments, this would include workflows and cases within a new Call Center
- Duties include troubleshooting software that works with core integration, and assisting end-users with inquiries.
- This role involves analyzing system performance, implementing updates, and maintaining documentation for efficient support processes
- Working closely with other departments to develop reports that are needed for their analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position
- Provides periodic reports to the Chief Operating Officer and other groups as required throughout the Bank.
- Actively participates in community organizations and activities in a manner which reflects favorably on the Bank.

Education/Qualifications:
- A. degree in related field preferred, related Banking Operations considered in lieu of degree
- 10+ years Banking experience with CSI experience preferred
- Communication skills: proficient in reading, writing, and mathematics. English preferred as primary language.

- Ability to use office machinery and equipment
