Blue is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support our growing regional CPA firm. The Application Support Analyst will help Blue and its affiliated entities achieve their objectives by supporting the firm's business applications, processes, reports and technologies. This individual will work with management to understand the structure, purpose, and then work to ensure all applications are utilized in a way that allows for the quality of the data and functionality to remain high.

Here is what you would be doing in the Application Support Analyst role:

• Gain a deep understanding of Blue's various lines of business and the types of data that are integral to their success.
• Be the primary contact for all users on system questions, issues and resolution development.
• Project manage and oversee implementation of required system upgrades and improvements.
• Support related project activities to include the development of metrics and reporting dashboards and standardization of system reports.
• Develop governance policies to work towards establishment of a consistent and reliable data set across the organization.
• Work with management to develop appropriate training materials to support user requirements and onboarding of new employees.
• Effective collaboration with the internal IT application team, business partners within the organization as well as with several external vendors and partners.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of applicable experience or 4 or more years of directly applicable experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI or equivalent BI platform
• Experience with ERP system, not a requirement, but would be an added plus.
• Experience in supporting business applications and end user support.
• Strong technical background in reporting and development; experience working in an Accounting Firm or with accounting software is an added plus.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with a diverse set of roles and responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytic skills, including proficiency with spreadsheet and relational database software applications.
• Must work well on a team and individually with the ability to plan and schedule activities to accomplish objectives in a dynamic environment.
