Summary/Objective
A Transport Driver is responsible for transporting a range of our products including but not limited to soft drinks, energy drinks, water, juices, coffee, and Craft Beer to multiple company locations. This position will deliver based on an established schedule to other company locations with close attention to timing. This position will perform warehouse loading responsibilities including but not limited to building product loads, unloading company product, and maintaining proper housekeeping standards. Works closely and has exceptional communication with their co-workers, the Eugene Warehouse Night Manager and Coos Bay Sales Manager.
Essential Functions

- Transport company products from the Eugene warehouse to other company locations in a safe and efficient manner. Utilize appropriate equipment to move product throughout the warehouse.
- Unload trucks and organize returned product, shells, pallets, and CO2 tanks.
- Stage product pallet, cart or load in truck based upon route schedule and stops.
- Maintain stability of loaded pallets and carts through proper stacking techniques and shrink-wrapping at the completion of each load.
- Ensure product remains in satisfactory condition according to company standards through careful storage, placement, transportation, and attention to detail.
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area through bailing cardboard, sorting breakage, throwing away garbage and picking up trash within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all requirements for vehicle cleanliness and safety, follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations and company vehicle policies.
- Observe company safety guidelines and practices in every phase of work. Report all hazardous conditions, safety concerns, injuries, incidents, or property damage to your manager.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- This is a safety-sensitive position. Work Environment
This job operates primarily in the trade, with frequent warehouse exposure, and does require travel within the designated market. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as a hand-truck, pallet jack, forklift and six-wheel cart as well as drive a company vehicle.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday with a 4:00 pm start time. 40 plus hours weekly, with mandatory overtime as necessary. This is a non-exempt level position.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Valid Class A CDL Required.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with product delivery, warehouse, or inventory procedures.
- Experience driving a commercial vehicle.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Employee must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check. Employee must pass a DOT physical and DOT Certification of Road Test.
