We are Looking to hire ONE Medical Transportation Provider to join our team! This person should be ready to get to work asap and tech savvy! Prior experience is appreciated but not necessary as we would prefer to have someone who works well with a team and has great customer service skills. Organized folks who are SAFE DRIVERS are a plus because we don't micro-manage here! The schedule is Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends. Full time availability only. Your vehicle is provided but you will need to have room at home to keep it on the street or driveway. Our drivers prefer to walk right outside in the morning and get to work. Atthis timewe are only accepting new teammates who live in Bend.
What's a Medical Transportation Driver? A Medical Transportation driver takes clients to and from their medical appointments. Each day they have a pre-determined schedule that they follow on their smartphone. They provide excellent customer service and are comfortable working with elderly and disabled.
What is the ideal candidate?:
- Over the age of 25 and owns a smartphone and is TECH SAVVY!
- Able to work Full-time (40hrs per week)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great time management (Your job is unsupervised and you will be expected to be able to follow your schedule on your own)
- Able to pass a drug test (marijuana included)
- A Team Player
- Always have professional and clean appearance
- Good Driving Record
- Attention to detail and able to keep your vehicle clean (we have unlimited car washes)
- Know enough about cars to keep up with maintenance. Since you have your vehicle all the time, your manager needs to know when it's time to get oil changes or if something goes wrong immediately.
- Able to lift 75lbs (we don't lift anyone. However, some folks in wheelchairs can be on the heavy side but manageable)
- IMPORTANT: road rage, speeding, honking and being rude to customers will not be tolerated. If you have trouble with these things, this position is not for you.
