Summary:
Provides services related to the recruitment, orientation, continuing education, and support functions for the Nurse Residency and RN Fellowship Programs.
BSN required/MSN preferred
Preferred RN experience in Family Birth Place, Oncology or Surgical Services
Responsibilities:
Designs, facilitates and assesses learning activities in MTC or facility specific Simulation Center.Represents MHS or facility specific Nurse Residency and RN Fellowship Programs in external recruiting events as assigned.Participates in research activities, quality improvement, or evidence-based practice initiatives.Collaborates and rounds with individual hospital Directors of Education and program coordinators to assess learning needs and provide program support.Participates in the development, coordination, and delivery of specialty program orientation, competency evaluation, and seminar presentations.
