The coordinator is responsible for the research and record keeping regarding donors and donor records, maintenance of records of current and past donations, planning and record keeping regarding donor events and operation and the accuracy of the development database. The coordinator also is responsible for the oversight of the receipt, recording, and verification of all donations made to the Diocese through the Office of Development and for ensuring necessary periodic reports regarding donors, donations, and related items are generated as scheduled or requested. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison with the database vendor and with database users at the Diocesan level.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
By researching potential donors and examining records of those who have given in the past the coordinator works to ensure that accurate and completed data is provided in advance of donor appeals and other targeted giving campaigns. The coordinator must have the ability to create and maintain a database of potential, current and past donors that can produce customized lists for different needs and activities. In addition, the coordinator is responsible for overseeing and assisting with actual donation record keeping.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
