ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
NBCUniversal has an opening for a Coordinator, Guest Experience, Reporting & Analytics. This is an opportunity to join a small and dynamic team that delivers one-of-a-kind products and experiences to guests at NBC's home in 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The position reports to the Senior Director, Guest Experience Partnership and Development.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Coordinator assists in the day to day operations of the Guest Experience Department. This includes administrative duties, reporting, assisting with project management, creation of shared departmental resources and lending general organizational support to the team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain Retail, Tour and Special events calendars for internal team and departmental partners.
- Work across all areas of Guest Experience - Tour, Shop and Audiences to assist Associate with reporting on departmental performance.
- Lend project management and operational support to greater department initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations across Shop and Tour websites.
- Assist in maintaining and updating website, organizing layout, categories, launches & collaborations as planned out by Associate, Guest Experience, Partnerships & Development.
- Coordinate cataloging merchandise for eCommerce site.
- Assist in writing copy, reviewing accuracy, tone, voice and relevance to products and our brand.
- Pull daily press clippings and mentions on tour sites, Instagram, Twitter and Meta.
- Actively assist on maintenance of Social Content Calendar, and Visual Merchandising Calendar.
- Participate in organization and preparation for Photoshoots.
- Monitor assets, and maintain catalogs and product decks accurately.
- Assist Associate, Guest Experience, Partnerships & Development with Line Sheet maintenance.
- Create SKUs, write Purchase Orders, and maintain styles within KWI system.
- Own updating Purchase Order Tracker on a daily basis.
- Work in partnership with other coordinators within department on shared projects.
- Update Signage for the Shop at NBC Studios
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1+ years working in reporting or analytics
- Ability to actively problem-solve and critically think
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate computer savvy
- Demonstrate attention to detail and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and direction.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- College Degree required or relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and PPT
- Strong organizations skills and able to efficiently manage projects/requests
- Must be extremely organized and driven by efficiency
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
DESIRED:
- Experience with project management
- Experience with retail and accounting systems
- Experience with adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
