Department/Group Overview:
Disney Advertising Events is responsible for elevating Disney’s relationships with high level clients including in the advertising industry such as Heineken, Nissan, Marriott, Coca Cola, P&G, Target, AT&T, etc. This team is responsible for planning, execution, logistics, budgets, travel, activities, invites, premiums, meals, and more for every Disney Advertising event and function. The team manages all stylistic choices of an event and must weigh and make decisions based on the client’s understood tastes and preferences.
Job Summary:
Disney Advertising (DAS) events cover a broad spectrum of clients. Whether local New York City brands or international conglomerates, the events team ensures that Disney is a positive and memorable part of their corporate brand. The role of the coordinator will be more focused on Premiums for all of the events and the overall Premiums “closet” for the entire DAS team. This will also include overseeing of the Premiums website for our internal teams. Work with Sourcing team to order premiums, research merchandise, curate gift boxes, stock closets, distribute, ship, new hire premiums, and manage budget.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
Scout premiums that are on trend within various price points
Create, revise and finalize website inventory for internal orders
Process invoices for vendors
Keep inventory lists updated for Closet and Fulfillment house
Coordinate budgets
Consistently update internal documents such as Smartsheet premiums requests
Communicate with the Sales team on upcoming premiums needs
Interact with administrative and other staff as it relates to premiums
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
Bachelors Degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience with premiums and events

The hiring range for this position in New York is $53,600 - $73,700 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
