What You'll Do
As the Coordinator, Entertainment Marketing you will support all brand marketing efforts for key Entertainment brands. You'll assist with innovative planning, strategy, and collaboration to build and evolve these brands to breakthrough initiatives in global markets and digital / social channels. You'll collaborate with the integrated marketing team across functions including Brand Partners, Creative, Digital, Social and PR to build and execute 360-degree, integrated marketing programs.
What you'll be working on
- Day-to-day management across social platforms.
- Working with marketing managers to develop content calendars, optimize posting schedules, and build and engagement opportunities for brands.
- Support team in executing 360-degree brand marketing, digital/social, retail, and event initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales (including campaign activations, creative asset development, public relations, and digital components).
- Provide day-to-day support on executing brand strategy and marketing/digital plans.
- Compile and interpret analytics reporting across owned brands.
- Assist in managing influencer campaigns.
- Support on-site at all Entertainment events and experiences, including providing production support for activation builds.
- Moderate user generated content for use across channels and ensures that rights are requested and received from all influencers and users who tag the brands in photos. Coordinate with celebrity image agencies to secure images and rights for social/digital use for all brands.
- Manage product need requests and packaging for campaigns and influencer seeding. Manage sample closet.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including: updating platform schedules, updating gifting spreadsheets, tracking licensing partner obligations, being mindful of best practice reminders, referencing social media holiday calendars.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic gifting and seeding programs.
- Day to day community management on social platforms, including liaising with appropriate partners and customer service teams on response strategies
Must Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.
- One or more years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role is a plus
- Must have strong computer proficiency with strength in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Keynote, Squarespace, Adobe suite, all social media platforms.
- Seamless communication skills with strong in-room presentation capabilities
- Willingness and ability to travel as the role requires.

Primary Location Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000
