We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator, Creative Syncto join our dynamic team in the music industry.
What You'll Do- Manage day to day department activities/needs
- Establish daily priority of projects and follow up to ensure timely delivery of pitches
- Research rights holders and assist in rights clearances
- Soliciting song assets and information from label/artist clients
- Maintain/update Disco database with relevant metadata
- Update contact database
- Assist in pitching and marketing Orchard distributed and owned catalog
- Prepare reports outlining pitched and placed songs
- Update team with confirmed airdates
- Maintain spreadsheet on pitched songs
- Maintain sync release schedule
- Liaise between sync department, other company departments and labels as needed
- Manage documentation for all prospective sync licenses
- Assist in reviewing, revising and issuing master licenses
- Provide updates to clients on sync status and payments
- Ensure the delivery of licenses and invoices
- Assist in fulfilling direct requests for specific tracks and song information
- Attend shows and events
- At least 1 year of experience preferred in sync or licensing
- Understanding of music licensing, performance rights, sync licensing, and legal language a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work after regular business hours when urgent matters arise
- Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced but casual environment
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is a must
- Extremely organized and good communication skills
