We are actively seeking a motivated Client Services Specialist to join our driven, growing team. This pivotal role focuses on delivering superior customer service, both face-to-face and via phone while driving our sales efforts to achieve a minimum goal of securing 30 new monthly evaluations. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, have a proactive approach to customer engagement, and have a proven sales or customer service track record.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients at the front desk and via phone, delivering exceptional service that reflects our clinic’s core values.
- Manage incoming calls from new leads with the goal of securing evaluations while also making outbound calls for online inquiries, post-event follow-ups, and long-term client nurture aimed at reactivations.
- Achieve and maintain a minimum target of 30 new monthly evaluations through effective lead management and conversion strategies.
- Guide potential clients through our services and the benefits of physical therapy, facilitating their journey from initial contact to the first appointment.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records with high accuracy, and handling payments.
- Work closely with the physical therapy team to ensure a smooth and unmatched client experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to enhancing our customer service and sales processes.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in customer service, sales, or a related field, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse client base.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Competence in basic computer operations and willingness to learn new systems.
- A positive, results-driven attitude and commitment to team success.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
