Under direction from the Associate Director, Product Development and Product Development Managers, the Coordinator, Benefit Design Care will be responsible for effective communication with members, pharmacists, and payers on assigned Benefit Design copay assistance programs. This role must accurately gather relevant information for the copay assistance programs. The Coordinator, Benefit Design Care will assist in educating patients, conducting pharmacy outreach, and data entry. This position must be able to collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, identify, and solve problems. The Benefit Care Coordinator will focus on placing calls with a warm and professional greeting to members and pharmacies.

How do I make an impact on my team?
- Serve as the liaison between the pharmacy and member to provide accurate and effective communication regarding financial assistance options and resources. All efforts aim to offer high touch quality, patient care.
- Identify eligible members, review history, and perform required outreach
- Assist patient with enrollment in manufacturer’s program
- Conduct pharmacy outreach to gather required program information
- Maintain patient database for follow-up, tracking and reporting
- Support Account Management team with client requests
- Compliance with all applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations.

What our team expects from you?
- Minimum high school diploma or GED. College or technical college preferred
- One (1) year of work experience required. Experience in a healthcare, business, finance, or insurance related field is preferred.
- Certified CPhT and ExCPT, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
