Coordinator 2

St. Michael's Harbour has a FULL-TIME opening for a Coordinator 2in Hermitage Pennsylvania. A The Coordinator 2 position will provide employment and community support services to program participants with Developmental and Intellectual disabilities. This position answers to the Program Coordinator and will have assigned supervisory responsibilities and program oversight in addition to providing direct care services to program participants.

QUALIFICATIONS: A Degree in a Human Services area (i.e., Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, etc.) A business degree or administrative background plus experience working with developmentally disabled populations will be considered. Knowledge of vocational and transitional paradigms and implementing Individual Support Plans strongly desired. Supervisory experience a plus. Good oral and written communication skills. The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team is essential. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

REQUIREMENTS: Dependable with the ability to occasionally work flexible hours. Will sometimes transport clients so reliable transportation a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
