Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality of the food going out to our guests
- Ensures the proper preparation and service of food to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Responsible for the establishment’s cleanliness and sanitation.
- Supports and follows all Cove Communities policy at all times.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Must have prior cooking experience.
- Must be at least 17 years of age to handle knives
- Willingness to complete Serve Safe Certification
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to handle high temperatures in a kitchen
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to function well in a fast pace, sometime high stress environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes, Night, Weekend and Holiday work is REQUIRED
Compensation & Benefits
