Job Description:
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Sign-On Payout Information: Half after 30 days from employment, the remaining after a year. Must be in a part-time or full-time position to receive the payout.
JOB SUMMARY :
· Prepares all food products for patient meals, cafeteria, and catered functions in accordance with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.
· Works as a team member with other production personnel to produce quality, cost effective, nutritious meals for patients, visitors, employees, and catered functions.
· Responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss and waste.
QUALIFICATIONS :
· High school diploma or equivalent or higher preferred. Formal culinary education preferred.
· Minimum six months experience in large scale food preparation required.
· Thorough knowledge of the culinary arts, including baking, cooking, salad preparation the procurement and storage of foodstuff required.
· Ability to use standardized recipes required.
