Cook Positions Available:

1 - Buffet Style Cook

Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare all served food
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Cook Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams

Cook Requirements:

• Must be able to Pass Background Check
• Must have reliable transportation
• 1 year free of problematic substance use
• Shift available is Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30AM-5:30PM, option to pick up more shifts

NSR provides residential and intensive outpatient (IOP) co-occurring disorders treatment and mental health services.

NorthStar Regional is currently recruiting for a Cook for our Chaska location. You would be responsible for making up to 3 meals a day for the clients.
