Immediate opening for a controller-staff accountant for a growing company. Candidate should be proficient with SAGE 100 software for contractors as well as Quickbooks forContractors. Candidate would have at least 5 years experience in the following area's:
-Manage and reconciliation of all A/P Accounts
-Manage and reconciliation of all A/R Accounts
-Manage and reconciliation of all business accounts to include bank statements, credit cards.
-Manage and control cash flow for all business transactions.
-Manage financial reports to include balance sheets, income statements, sales tax, employee taxes and retirement accounts.
-Manage job reports to include labor hours as well as materials as well as overseeing the budgets for the projects.
-Preparation of monthly and yearly budgets for the company.
-Manage the office staff for up to 5 employee's
