Blue Diamond Attachments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our finance team. Blue Diamond is a dynamic and innovative industry leader with a track record of success in the construction and agricultural attachment industry.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership and strategic guidance in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and conduct regular financial forecasting to support decision-making processes
• Identify and assess financial risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to management and stakeholders
• Analyze financial performance and provide insight for improvement
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Provide financial guidance to owner and leadership team on strategic initiatives and collaborate with leadership team to optimize financial outcomes

What We are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Ten (10) – twelve (12) years of professional accounting experience, plus at least five (5) years in a supervisor role
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office programs to include, email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software
• ERP system experience required, Syteline preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
