Contracts Coordinator

A typical day for a GPO/IDN Contract Coordinator begins with prioritizing tasks for the day. Resolving price discrepancies for pending orders are on top of the list as well as preparing RFP/Bid for submission (date dependent). You will also work with Sales and legal with drafting or reviewing GPO/IDN agreements and process price activations through the GPO portal. Communication with relevant parties and organizational skills are key in performing the tasks successfully.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Bids/RFP’s have varying terms and conditions that can touch on different aspects of the company. A successful candidate will use and grow the resources we have available to determine the appropriate party that will review and ensure we can comply with the term(s). 
• Understanding the complex relationships of GPO and IDN accounts are essential to the role. 
• A successful candidate will be able to understand the different pricing options available for GPO and IDN customers and how it’s applied in the ERP system. 
• Candidate must be able to provide deliverables on time and with minimal errors, if any. Clear communication with Sales is essential to completing all tasks accurately. 
• The ability to identify and resolve an issue quickly is a positive impact to the role.

What You Bring: 

• Education: High School graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
• Work Experience: 1+ years’ Customer Service experience.
• The ability to prioritize and provide deliverables on a timely basis. 
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables). 
• Perform and complete tasks while under pressure. 
• Sales Support and or experience in a contracting environment. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $20.38 to $34.86 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
