We are seeking a positive and professional Security Contracts and Guard Coordinator to join the Loss Prevention team at the Pappas Restaurants Main Office in Northwest Houston. This position manages and administers certain processes in the Loss Prevention department; specifically in the areas of coordinating guards, systems and data analysis related to internal theft and fraudulent activity.
Responsibilities
• Maintains monitors and administers Burglary/Fire Alarm System profile, protocol, and procedures.
• Implements and manages "patrol service" for existing restaurants / vacant buildings.
• Reviews and approves all security guard billing
• Oversees Alarm System and Procedures
• Tracks and reviews other key indicators on the ADT Select system that may lead to financial or security risks.
• Tracks and reports the maintenance/repair cost of burglary/fire alarm systems on a monthly basis.
• Tracks and reports "false alarms".
• Maintains alarm call lists (add, change, remove) for every restaurant and facility that has a burglar alarm system.
• Maintain the alarm pass codes for every individual who has an alarm pass code for a restaurant and all other facilities.
• Manages security guard schedule and billing for Main Office location.
• Monitors and identifies the top five restaurants for voids and the top restaurants for in comps on a monthly basis.
• Collects the data and evaluate the trends as it relates to the type and reason of the void/comp.
• Looks for patterns or involvement that might tend to lend itself to fraudulent activity.
• Review's percent of voids and comps by type of occurrence and rank areas of concern by location and employee.
Requirements:
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude
• High School Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years applicable experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Ability to use tools and resources to make recommendations.
