An innovative company in the heart of Silicon Valley is looking to hire a Contracts Administrator for their growing legal team. As part of this continuous growth, we are currently seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join this dynamic in-house legal department.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be a crucial member of this legal team, responsible for managing the contract lifecycle and ensuring efficient and compliant contract processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts under the guidance of legal counsel.
- Maintain and organize a centralized contract repository, tracking key dates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external parties regarding contract-related inquiries and provide guidance on contract processes.
- Ensure that contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with legal counsel to address any issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles and legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
