Salary1. Scope of Work/Services
Contractor will provide consulting services as requested by the Company Representative. Contractor shall perform Client or project transition work as directed by SullivanCotter. No work other than that specified by the Company Representative shall be performed by the Contractor on behalf of SullivanCotter.
2. Deliverables
The Deliverables will be determined on a project-by-project basis, consistent with typical practice relative to the Client assignments or internal SullivanCotter related meetings or projects.
3. Schedule
The Services shall be performed to meet Client needs and as specified by the Company Representative and in consultation with the Client for Client projects as well as specified by the Company Representative for any internal SullivanCotter related projects.
