Contractor Services Associate

Capital Express is seeking a Contractor Services Associate.

This is a unique position that will serve as our front desk receptionist and assist with Contractor Services.

Full time 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

$17.00-$18.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and sign-in visitors and guests; as well as receive mail and packages
• Administrative data entry for the Contractor Services team
• maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets
• other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• computer experience, Word and Excel; required
• excellent communication skills
• pass background and drug screen
