Key responsibilities for Contract Analysts:
- Support contract requirements for Chevron Supply and Trading’s domestic and international trading business.
- Review and validate commercial terms and general terms and conditions (GT&C) to ensure company interests are properly represented.
- Provide contract and GT&C guidance to the trading organization and review tenders responses.
- Aggregate and communicate contract GT&C to traders that may offer unique and actionable value opportunities to Chevron.
- Negotiate and manage Master Agreements with counterparties and join in industry-wide Master Agreement initiatives.
- Ensure that executed contract terms are summarized and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Support quarterly and monthly internal contract compliance reporting requirements.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of related contract business experience
- Team player and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to details

Preferred qualifications:
- Crude Oil & Refined Products Trading Contracts experience
- Oil and gas industry experience
- Knowledge of RightAngle trading system
- Knowledge of Incoterms and Marine contractual terms
