Salary: This is a full-time 12-month position at 232 days with an annual minimum starting salary of $47,486.
Primary Purpose:
To create, manage, and track annual Service Contracts and strategic product/service placement that ensures new client acquisition and retention of existing clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, a related area of study, or commensurate work experience related to the role.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, including online, phone, and in-person support.
- Previous experience with contract creation and/or management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High skill level in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in CRM and contract management software.
- Deep experience in developing, securing, and maintaining yearlong contracts, service agreements, and/or renewals.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Texas K-12 public and/or charter institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a representative of ESC Region 13, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the educational community and with the public.
- Draft, finalize, distribute, and maintain Service Contracts in line with established objectives and client requirements, including aiding in the contract invoicing process.
- Ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal and organizational standards and requirements.
- Document service specifications, design processes, and ongoing maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define Service Contract specifications rooted in educational trends, client feedback, and ease of client use.
- Work collaboratively with ESC Region 13's Business Office to improve efficiency of Service Contract workflow.
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance the appeal and competitiveness of Service Contracts, including cross-collaboration with products and additional services aligned to client needs.
- Identify potential clients for yearlong Service Contracts, using CRM systems and school/district performance data.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and referrals.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have regarding contracts.
- Implement and maintain an organized tracking system for all active and prospective contracts.
- Provide regular reports on contract statuses, renewals, terminations, and revenue projections.
- Analyze contract performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
